Virginia Cullan, Esq.

Virginia L. Cullan is a personal injury lawyer with over three decades of legal experience. She is the business manager at Cullan & Cullan and is licensed to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. She has considerable experience in handling cases involving truck accidents, car accidents, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. In addition to running the firm’s Workman’s Compensation Division, Ms. Cullan served as second chair in many successful cases resulting in seven-figure recoveries. Virginia is passionate about taking as much stress as possible off clients who call for help. She is often the first lawyer you will talk to if you call Cullan & Cullan. She has been in two serious car accidents and knows how clients feel when they call. She is a firm believer that education is the key to helping clients get through one of the worst times of their life. Clients who call are under stress. Ms. Cullan is passionate about helping others and accomplishes this through her legal practice and through public service, volunteering and performing pro bono work for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the Brain Injury Association, Parenting Children with Special Needs, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness and Prevention, and facilitating adoptions from China and the Philippines.

When she isn’t working, Ms. Cullan enjoys spending time with family, writing and listening to music, and reading.
